Participation
Groups need a minimum of 8 participants and can have a maximum of 20 *. In our special Party Room-set up is a breeze. We provide the activity and instruction as well as provide you and your guests with a bright and happy party space. Clean up is on us!

Projects
Projects need to be determined 2 weeks prior to the reservation date to ensure availability. The Glaze Bar can create a custom project for your event**. A $50 deposit is subtracted from the final total. Custom projects require 4 weeks notice in advance.

Pricing
A $50 non-refundable Party Room*** rental fee must be paid at least 2 weeks in advance. In addition, there will be a price per piece charged for each participant’s project item. Projects range from $10 and up. Tax not included.

After Hour Accommodations
We also offer special Glaze Bar after hour reservations Monday thru Saturday evenings and on Sundays. An After Hour party requires a two-hour time frame with a maximum of 20 participants. A $100 non-refundable rental fee⁴ must be paid at least 2 weeks in advance. In addition there will be a price per piece charged for each participant’s project item. Projects range in price from $10 and up - plus 6% sales tax.

1. For groups with children ages 10 and under we suggest a ratio of 1 adult per 4 children. Groups withchildren ages 10 and over we suggest a ratio of 1 adult per 8 children.
2. Custom projects are items that are not currently in the Glaze Bar’s inventory.
3. Please let us know in advance if your group has any handicap accessibility issues or special needs.
4. More hours can be purchased for $25 per hour.
